The present application is for grant of bail. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers and considering the gravity of the offence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with direction to expedite the trial. 4.

Considering the huge pendency before the trial Court, such directions cannot be given.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per the Rule.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
