JAIN, JJ DATE : 10.8.2015 After the petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment was found to be without merit by the order dated 23.1.2008 of this court in W.P.No. 4768 of 2007, it was wholly impermissible on the part of the petitioners to again re-open the said issue. If the petitioners were desirous, they could have very well challenged the order of this court dated 23.1.2008 passed in W.P.No. 4768 of 2007. However, without doing so, filing of subsequent writ petition and the application for the very same purpose before this court and before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, is nothing else but to abuse the process of law. In that view of the matter, no error is found in the order passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal. For the aforesaid reason, we refuse to entertain the petition. The petition is rejected.
