None has appeared on behalf of the rival parties. Record shows that a pursis dated 14/01/2020, is filed on record bearing signature of the petitioner as well as counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is stated in the pursis that since the parties have settled their dispute, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. The copy of the terms of settlement have been placed on record.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
