The appellant has filed Pursis 'X' stating that it has deposited all the decreetal amount in the Court as is due. The settlement and withdrawal of this appeal appears to be in the interest of the respondents as there is no cross appeal or objection reported to be pending.
Hence, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. The amount deposited by the appellant in the Court be paid to the respondents/claimants.
The admissible Court fees, as per the Rules, be refunded to the appellant. The matter is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of Pursis 'X'. The appellant is directed to inform the respondents/claimants about this order immediately.
