DATE : 1st JULY, 2022 By this application, the petitioners / applicants seek to amend the writ petition to add the paragraph and also to add prayer in the petition. Despite the fact that the learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 have opposed the prayers made in the present application, considering the specific allegations sought to be made in the proposed amendment, this Court is convinced that the amendment MP Deshpande

2 / 2 9-WP-4900-21 ought to be granted for a proper consideration and disposal of the writ petition. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. 2.

In the context of amendment that has been allowed, it would be appropriate for the learned Assistant Government Pleader to take specific instructions from the concerned authorities.
