DATED : 12-01 -202 Commissioner, Ms. Kirti Satpute is present. She submits that she is facing difficulty in securing presence of the parties. The Official Liquidator shall take appropriate steps so as to ensure that the misfeasance proceedings initiated against ex-directors would reach logical end within reasonable time.

The Commissioner shall file status report within four weeks.

In addition, the Official Liquidator shall place on record the status of company in terms of Section 455 of the Companies Act read with Rule 139 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 and shall take effective steps in accordance with the provisions of law for concluding winding up proceedings.

Stand over to 9-2-2024.

Civil Application (CAO) No. 83 of 2024 By present application, the applicant is seeking direction to Official Liquidator to issue notices to
