By this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the order of the authority reducing the remission period by 208 days.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.1010/2016 challenging the orders dated 24.3.2012 and 6.6.2012 by which the punishment of reducing the remission period of the petitioner by 208 days was imposed upon him. It is pointed out that the said Writ Petition was dismissed by the order dated 8th August, 2017.
Since the petition filed by the petitioner in respect of the same cause was dismissed by the order dated 8th August 2017, this Writ Petition is also liable to be dismissed. Hence, we dismiss the same. Order accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
