In view of the judgment in the case of Shivram Dodanna Shetty V/s. Sharmila Shivram Shetty reported in 2017(1) Mh.L.J. 281, there is no delay in filing the appeal. However, it is submitted that, as the abundant precaution, the present application is filed.

In view of above, there is no delay in filing the appeal. As such, the application is allowed. 3.

In view of Section 15 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, I do not see any reason to pass any order in this application.

Both the parties are agreed that, the matter can be heard finally at the stage of admission. 4.

The learned counsel for the appellant is ready to file private paper book within a period of two weeks.

FAMILY COURT APPEAL (ST.) NO. 796 OF 2024 Both the parties are agreed to refer the matter for mediation.

Shri S.Y. Deopujari, learned Advocate is hereby appointed as the Mediator.
