By this application, applicants/original claimants are seeking withdrawal of the amount. It is prayed by original claimants that claimant No.1D be permitted to withdraw entire compensation amount on behalf of all claimants.

The first appeal is already decided by judgment dated 17.10.2018.

In support of the application, all claimants filed Power of Attorney as well as consent letter. Power of Attorney Holder is son of original appellant.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, appellant No.1D is permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of all claimants. The amount be disbursed on due verification and identification.

The application is disposed.
