ATE : JANUARY 07, 2025 Mr. Madhur Deo, learned Counsel for the respondents, submitted that the tenancy issue had been concluded by the Tahsildar on 30/07/2019, and the same was confirmed by the Sub Divisional Officer on 13/01/2020. The revision filed against the said order before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal was dismissed in default on 21/02/2024. As such, he submitted that the Competent Authority had concluded the issue of tenancy, so the present petition has become infructuous. Mr. Dandvate, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has acceded the said facts. 2) In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.

3) As a sequel, the ad-interim relief dated 18/02/2020 stands vacated.

4) Inform the learned trial Court accordingly.
