The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited prayer regarding issuance of direction to the learned District Judge-2 and Sessions Judge, Amravati to expedite the trial in Sessions Trial No.31 of 2016.

Taking into consideration the limited prayer so made, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Judge to decide the trial in Sessions Trial No.31 of 2016 within a period of one year from today.
