DATED : 28/03/2023 A prayer for grant of early date of hearing by urging that the legal issues raised in this writ petition has been considered and decided in Writ Petition No. 6952/2018 (Vishnu S/o Kanu Surashe Vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors.) at Aurangabad Bench. It is, however, seen that in the present case the petitioner has tendered her resignation from the post of High School Teacher on 29.02.2016 which resignation was accepted on 01.03.2016. On the same day (i.e. 01.03.2016), the petitioner joined on the post of Junior College Lecturer. The effect of tendering resignation in that context would have to be examined. Hence, the writ petition is directed to be listed for hearing in the week commencing from 10.04.2023.
