DATED : 7-3 -202 The limited grievance of the petitioner, who is the original plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit 189/2015 is that during the cross-examination of the plaintiff, a document purporting to be will was shown to the plaintiff, and the trial Court marked the said document as tentative exhibit.

Both the learned counsel agree that the document ought to have been marked as article for identification. The order marking the said document as "tentative exhibit" is set aside. The trial Court shall mark the said document as "article for identification".

The trial Court shall expedite the hearing of the suit.

The petition is disposed of.
