By this criminal writ petition the petitioner seeks a direction against the Superintendent of Police, Wardha City, Wardha to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.11.2017.

In the representation made by the petitioner, the petitioner has only sought for correcting the entries in the crime chart of the petitioner so as to mention that the petitioner is acquitted in some of the offences/crime registered against him. We find from the crime chart that there is a mention about the acquittal of the petitioner in certain cases. Though we are not inclined to grant the prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition, the concerned respondents may take steps for making appropriate entries in accordance with the law. Order accordingly. No costs.
