Office of this Court received a communication dated 05.04.2025 from the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim for extension of time to dispose of the Regular Civil Suit No.05/2018. 2.

It appears that earlier also three months period was extended to dispose of the said suit and it was specifically directed that the concerned Court was take all endeavour to dispose of the suit within extended time. However, it appears that it could not be disposed of within the extended period.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, time as prayed for is extended by four months.

It is made clear that this is the last chance for extension of time and no further extension shall be granted.
