The only challenge raised in this writ petition is to the amount of Rs.5,000/- granted by both the Courts below towards travelling and litigation expenses to the respondent, on the ground, that it is exorbitant.

However, after going through the order dated 7th September, 2022 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim in H.M.P. No. 195 of 2021 and the judgment and order dated 28th November, 2023 passed by the learned Adhoc District SKNair

24-wp-337-24.odt Judge-2, Washim in Regular Civil Appeal No. 79 of 2022, justifying grant of amount of Rs.5,000/- towards travelling and litigation expenses. I do not want to interfere with the concurrent findings recorded by both the Courts below. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.

However, considering the fact that the divorce petition is pending since 2021, learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim is directed to expedite the matter.
