It is not in dispute that the orders of this Court are complied with. It appears from the arguments of Mr.M.V.Samarth, learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aggrieved by the determination in respect of entitlement of the petitioner to the pay-scale of graduate teacher. It is open to the petitioner to challenge that determination in accordance with law. Hence, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
