It is brought to my notice by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has already deposited the fine amount and was on bail during the trial. In view thereof, the substantive sentence is suspended and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on the same terms on which the learned Sessions Judge has ordered his release.

Till conclusion of the appeal, the applicant shall attend the Court of learned Sessions Judge once in every six months, commencing from last week of June, 2017.

The applicant shall file private paper-book within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
