This application is filed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (parents of the deceased) seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant/ Insurance Company. The deceased was student of B.E. Third Year. The age of the respondent No.1 (father of the deceased) is shown as 54 years and it is stated that he is in service. In the application, it is stated that the respondent No.2 (wife of the respondent No.1) requires regular medical treatment and for that the respondent No.1 has taken hand loan from his relative, which is required to be repaid. The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not given details of illness and the amount required to be spent on treatment of the respondent No.2. Supporting documents are not filed to substantiate the claim of illness of the respondent No.2. The civil application is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
