Appeal came to be withdrawn by the Appellant-Insurance Company before the National Lok Adalat, vide order dated 12.12.2020.

Present application is filed by respondent no.1 to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- with accrued interest which was deposited by the appellant in this Court at the time of filing of appeal. 3.

Earlier application was filed by respondent no.1 vide Civil Application (CAF) No.1420/2021 for withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,20,947/- with accrued interest, but inadvertently respondent no.1 failed to apply for withdrawal of Rs.25,000/- along with accrued interest.

The leaned counsel for Appellant-Insurance Company extended no objection for withdrawal of amount of Rs.25,000/-, as the mater is settled before the National Lok-Adalat and appeal was withdrawn. 5.

Accordingly, application is allowed.

Respondent no.1 is hereby allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- along with accrued interest deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Registry is directed to transfer the said amount in the account of respondent no.1 of which the details are given.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. 8.

In view of above order, no further orders are necessary to be passed on Civil Application (CAF) No.583/2022 and the same stands disposed of.
