Heard learned counsel Shri M.N. Ali for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Nitin Rao for the State, in extenso. Also, perused the investigation papers which were made available to me by learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Nitin Rao for the State.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and after perusing the case papers, when the Court expresses its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned counsel Shri M.N. Ali for the applicants submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present application. He further submitted that the applicants be granted liberty to file an application for bail afresh before the Court below after filing of the charge.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn .....2/-
