The matter was considered by this Court on 23.06.2015 and in the light of disclosure by the petitioner, as noted above, the petitioner was directed to produce the motor vehicle in question in the office of Respondent No. 1.
On 03.07.2015, the petitioner sought further time and it was granted as last chance. Today, nobody has appeared for the petitioner even on second call. Shri Band, learned counsel is appearing for respondent No. 1 and Ms. Mehta, learned APP is appearing for respondent No. 2.
Shri Band, learned counsel informs, upon instructions, that the said truck has not still been produced in the office of Respondent No. 1 for inspection.
In this situation, with liberty to the liberty to take such other steps as are open in law, we dispose of the present criminal writ petition.
