By the present application, the applicants/petitioners seek direction, in terms of order passed in similar circumstances, in Writ Petition Nos.366 of 2002 and 496 of 2012. It is submitted that the applicants/petitioners are seeking similar relief regarding grant of payscale as applicable to the full time "Teachers". It is further submitted that in terms of order dated 8.12.2014, passed in Writ Petition No.366 of .....2/-
caw115.15 2002, the applicants/petitioners are willing to appear before the learned Member, Industrial Court, Akola in that regard.
Shri N.S. Khubalkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2, does not object to such course.
In view of earlier orders dated 8.12.2014, passed in Writ Petition No.366 of 2002, the applicants/petitioners are permitted to appear before the learned Member, Industrial Court, Akola and to abide by the exercise being taken thereunder.
Hence, the civil application is allowed by adopting clause Nos.(i) to (vi) of order dated 8.12.2014, passed in Writ Petition No.366 of 2002.
In view of the aforesaid, the civil application stands disposed of.
