By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the revision application.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who submitted that a copy of the order is not communicated to the present applicant, and therefore, he could not approach the Court for preferring the revision application. The applicant tried to attend the proceedings but could not do so due to some reasons. Therefore, 113 days delay is caused. There is sufficient and satisfactory reason for condonation of delay. 3.

Despite, the service of notice, respondent failed to appear.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, which appear to be sufficient and satisfactory, the delay of 113 days is condoned, subject rkn
