Learned counsel for the applicants/ appellants contended that the instant Application is filed for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.13 on record, who died on 22.4.2018 and accordingly the pursis was filed on 17.10.2018. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The legal representatives of Respondent no.13 be brought on record.

Mr.Rohit Sharma, learned Advocate waives notice on behalf of legal heirs of respondent no.13. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
