Considering the nature of relief claimed in the petition, we are of the view that the remedy of exercising extra ordinary jurisdiction cannot be taken recourse to. It shall be open for the petitioners to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
