Rule, made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of Mr.Ashish Fule, learned Counsel (appointed) for the petitioner and Ms H.N.Jaipurkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who waives service on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.

As it is the pre-requisite of Covid parole that there should not be any delay on the part of the prisoner in returning to the Prison Authorities after last release and since this default has been seen and noted in the case of petitioner, nothing illegal can be found in the impugned order. There is no merit in the petition. The petition stands dismissed. Rule is discharged.
