The learned APP upon instructions would submit that the State filed affidavit-in-reply precisely stating that respondent No.2 has de-sealed the premises by unlocking the same.

Mr. Mirza, learned counsel for petitioner has not disputed the fact that the premises has been de-sealed, but according to him, it has been desealed by Supply Inspector. 3.

Since, the godown has been de-sealed, we find no reason to keep the petition pending.

In view of that, petition stands disposed of. All points are kept open.
