" Whether appreciation of the evidence by the appellate Court while reversing the decree passed by the trial Court is perverse ?"

Civil Application No.70 of 2017 In view of the applicant's suit being dismissed by the appellate Court, question of grant of any stay to that judgment does not arise.

With liberty to the applicant to file fresh application with appropriate prayers, Civil Application is disposed of.
