By this criminal application, the applicant seeks the suspension of sentence under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

None had appeared on behalf of the applicant on 14.2.2018 and 8.3.2018. None appears for the applicant today also.

We have perused the judgment in detail. We find that in the circumstances of the case a case is not made out by the applicant for the suspension of the sentence and his release on bail. The extra-judicial confession of the applicant is proved and though the deceased wife of the applicant was last seen with him, he has failed to tender any explanation in regard to her death. The prayer made in the application is rejected. The application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
