Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. By present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 171 days in filing the Appeal against the order dated 25.05.2022 in S.T. No. 36/2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions judge, Nagpur. The learned counsel for applicant submits that the delay has been caused due to illiteracy of the applicant as he has no clue as to what is to be done after suffering conviction. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed. The delay of 171 days caused in filing the Appeal is hereby condoned. The Appeal be registered.
