DATED : FEBRUARY 25, 2019 Mrs. Dhande, learned Counsel appointed for applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application and appeal contending that after being appointed as a Legal Aid Counsel, she has gone through records and proceedings in Criminal Appeal No. 227/1998 decided by this Court vide judgment dated 17/18.10.2002 whereby appeal against conviction of applicant Abdul Rahman s/o Abdul Bashir is dismissed. She further submits that as per her instructions, applicant had not assigned any authority nor had signed any Vakalatnama for filing appeal, which is dismissed as aforesaid. However, on going through the record and proceedings, Mrs. Dhande makes a statement that applicant was duly represented.

In that view of the matter, leave to withdraw
