It is pointed out that the applicant/ petitioner would be attaining the age of superannuation in April, 2022 and that it would be in the interest of justice that the Writ Petition is heard on merits before her superannuation. A case is made out for early hearing.

Hence, this application is allowed and it is directed that Writ Petition No.5936 of 2013, shall be listed on the top of the final hearing board in the week commencing 25/04/2022.
