The appellant has filed this appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act read with Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code, challenging the impugned judgment and award passed by the District Judge-2, Washim in LAC No. 242/2014 dated 15.10.2015.

By the impugned judgment and award, the learned Reference Court has granted compensation @ Rs. 2500/- per sq.mtrs with statutory benefit.

This appeal was admitted on 11.06.2018.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the matter is settled amicably before Lok-Adalat and Pursis Stamp No. 176/2019 signed by the Executive Engineer, M.I.D. Washim, is filed on record.

I am of the view that the appellant could be permitted to withdraw the appeal. Learned Assistant
