This is an application for permission to deposit Cheque of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rs. Four Lac only) towards second installment as per undertaking dated 22.11.2021. 3.

Perused the contents in the application and order dated 22.11.2021, wherein undertaking was given. The respondent No.2 is permitted to deposit Cheque of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rs. Four Lac only) towards second installment and the time to deposit the third installment which is due on 22.01.2022 is further extended. C.L.Dhakate

It is made clear that, no further extension will be granted to the petitioners to deposit the third installment. 5.

The application stands disposed of in above terms. WRIT PETITION NO.7657 OF 2017 6.

On oral request of learned counsel for the respondent No.2, he is permitted to carry out the amendment as per order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Civil Application No.1820/2021.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
