This is an application for extension of period for deciding the appeal as was directed by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2014. The application is vehemently opposed by Mr. A.C. Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate for original petitioner.

However, taking into consideration the grounds raised in the application, we are inclined to allow the application.

The application is allowed. The period is extended by two months by way of last chance. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the applicants. J. Judge Judge
