This is an application for condonation of delay of 56 days in preferring revision application.

The order dated 12.07.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur rejecting the application for discharge of the applicant. It is contended in the application that the applicants are senior citizens and applicant No.1 has been continuously suffering from severe health issue and for that purpose the medical certificate issued by Viveka Hospital has been placed on record. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 56 days caused in filing the revision application is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Revision be registered.
