DATE : 06.02.2015 For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant is granted time to deposit the amount. The appellant shall deposit the amount with the Registry of this Court within two weeks. If the amount is deposited within two weeks, the interim order granted by this Court on 4.12.2013 shall continue until further orders. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to this Court.
