The present application is for seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur, Dist. Yavatmal. 3.

As per the contention of the appellant, the appellant has to obtain the legal opinion and also to obtain the necessary approvals for preferring the appeal. Therefore, a delay of 49 days is caused. Though respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are served, none appears for the respondents. 4.

The reasons mentioned in the application appear to be just and reasonable. In view of that, a delay of 49 days is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.
