The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime and on realization that the remedy for full family pension and other benefits including the gratuity, he will require to file appropriate application, he seeks permission, on instructions, to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceeding for the relief mentioned herein i.e. the full family pension, gratuity etc.
