This is an application filed on behalf of respondent no.1 seeking permission to withdraw amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company in this Court. A perusal of the impugned order passed by the Tribunal shows that respondent nos. 1 to 3 were proportionately granted compensation and it was directed that since respondent no.1 is a minor, his share would be kept in fixed deposit till he attains majority. 2.

In view of the specific directions given by the Tribunal, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs.3,00,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company before the Tribunal, on furnishing an undertaking that if the appeal is allowed, the respondent no.1 would refund the amount to the appellant Insurance Company. Application is disposed of.
