Learned APP is seeking time to file reply. However, we find that the applicant is in jail since he was apprehended for the alleged commission of offence on 25.3.2014. He has been convicted on 22.9.2015 by the Additional Sessins Judge, Chandrapur, in Sessions Case No. 72/14 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. In this situation, as we do not see any mala fides and he is still undergoing the punishment, delay is condoned. Office to register the appeal.
