Learned APP has filed reply and the same is taken on record.

Shri Mirza, learned Counsel for the applicant has pointed out the order passed by this Court on 18th January, 2019 in Criminal Application No. 20 of 2019 by which the main accused has already been released on bail. It is alleged by the prosecution that the son of the present applicant stated in his statement that his mother/ present applicant had love affairs with accused Mohammad Ajaj and they made conspiracy and killed the deceased. The main role played by another co-accused and not by the present applicant. The applicant is a woman aged about 33 years. Hence, the following order.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions. The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of the prosecution witnesses.
