Heard. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is ready to forgo interest for the delayed period. In view of the above, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed and is allowed accordingly. Delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant shall not claim any interest on the enhanced compensation, if any, for the delayed period i.e. From 31st October 2012 till date. Disposed of. Appeal be registered.
