Heard the Official Liquidator.
The Official Liquidator wants permission to sell the movable assets of the company, which are in the form of scrap articles. Those articles were taken into custody, when the Official Liquidator took possession of the registered office of the Company while exercising the power as provisional liquidator. Those scrap articles are lying with the registered office of the company only. In the meantime, an incident of breaking the lock of the premises was noticed and F.I.R. is registered with Mauda Police Station on 25/09/2017 under Sections 454, 457, 380, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
At that time also, the Official Liquidator has prepared the panchanama on 25/9/2017, it is annexed.
The Company Petition Nos. 12/2012 and 14/2013 are pending. There are no claims made on these movable assets in the form of scrap materials.
After the incident of theft, the Official Liquidator has moved those articles from the office of the company and brought the same to the office of the Official Liquidator. The Panchanama to that effect is prepared on 12/10/2017. The description of the article is

Hence, permission is granted to the Official Liquidator to sell the movable assets by following due procedure as mentioned in the prayer clause.
