Effort of learned counsel for the applicants Shri R.K. Thakkar is to obtain review of order dated 22.12.2015 disposing of criminal application No.498 of 2015 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. He submits that all documents are already seized by the police authorities and the applicants are being harassed. He further contends that order not to take any coercive step was operating against the non-applicants. That order should have been continued till charge-sheet is filed. We have already noted as certain disputed question of facts arise and, therefore, by order dated .....2/-
appp60.16 22.12.2015 we have refused to go into any disputed questions. We, therefore, gave the applicants liberty to renew their grievances after charge-sheet is filed against them.
There is no scope for invoking review jurisdiction in criminal matters. As such, we find no case is made out. The criminal application is rejected. JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
