The present revision arises out of judgment and order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court in Petition E-63/2010 dated 01.10.2011. During the pendency of the present revision, both the learned counsel made a statement that a compromise took place and the compromise petition was filed being Petition No.F-112/2015 at Family Court, Amravati. As per the said compromise, the present applicant/husband has given one time maintenance to both the non applicants. He submits that as per clause

(9) of the said compromise petition, the present revision is required to be withdrawn.

Since there is no dispute about the compromise in between the parties, nothing survives in the present revision and therefore it is disposed of in view of the compromise.
