Heard. Perused the contents of the civil application. The first appeal is admitted. Also, after the service was effected on the applicant, this Court has confirmed the adinterim stay granted on 25.11.2014. It would not be proper for this Court to re-hear the matter on the question of grant or vacating of the interim relief when the interim relief was granted after the applicants were served.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicants states that this Court may hear the first appeal expeditiously by fixed date as the issue involved in this first appeal is a short one. The request is just and reasonable.

The appeal may be listed for final hearing in the week commencing 6th of April, 2015.

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
