Heard Shri Jagtap, Advocate for the applicant. The offence punishable under Section 65(A)(E), 77(A) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 3(1) read with Section 181 and 130 read with Section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act. Investigation is complete. Therefore, prayed to grant bail.

Ms. Udeshi, learned APP has submitted that he is facing many trial in respect of sentence of offences. Therefore, application be rejected.

Looking to the gravity of the offence and punishment provided for the said offences. Applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, the following order. Application is allowed.

Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on the following conditions:

[i] Applicant shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses.

[iii] Applicant shall attend on each and every date before the trial Court.

[iv] Breach of any above conditions will amounts to cancellation of bail.
