On 08.01.2018, this Court has passed an order to the effect that if office objections were not removed by the appellant within one week, the appeal would stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Thereafter an application has been filed on behalf of the appellant for extension of time to remove office objections and to deposit the deficit court fee. It is submitted by Mr. Kukday , learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that the objections will be removed positively within two days.
